HISTORY

Mark Bage is a fashion director whose work spans retail, buying, e-commerce, fashion film, branded content and creative direction. He founded Coggles.com, building the online business out of a family firm that began on a market stall in the 1970s, and taking it past £100 million in turnover over its lifetime, across stores, franchises and e-commerce.

He was named Buyer of the Year at the Drapers Awards, and was listed four consecutive years in the Drapers Power List of the 100 most influential people in fashion, reaching 47th. He has led buying for Grazia, introduced Mango to the UK and built franchise systems for French Connection, Coggles and Paul Smith.

He now runs Not Studio and Sneak in Peace, the luxury discovery platform, and writes and comments on the industry in the trade and business press. Recent press here.
